Mobile ordered in advance for a work function and needed an early morning pickup. They started getting my order ready when I arrived. Waited 25 additional minutes. Priority is the drive thru and in store line up. Ended up being late for work and our meeting. Mobile ordering in advance is a waste of time. Not impressed.

"I recently visited Tim Hortons and ordered a Garden BLT on an everything bagel, specifically mentioning that I am vegetarian and do not want any meat or chicken. Unfortunately, despite my request, I received a BLT with meat. When I tried to address the issue with one of the workers at the drive-thru, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. Not only did the worker fail to acknowledge my dietary preferences, but she also insulted me. After requesting a replacement bagel, I received one that was burnt and lacked the cream cheese and butter I had requested. Additionally, the two small double coffees I ordered were excessively sweet and cold. As a vegetarian customer, I take my dietary preferences seriously, and it's disappointing when they're not respected by the staff. Tim Hortons needs to ensure that their employees understand and accommodate customer requests, and provide better quality control over their food and beverages. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and unlikely to return."

Ninu is a good employee there. I am molecula a regular customer at Tim Hortons and he always asked me for French vanilla cause. He knows that I always drink that coffee. He is the best employee there. Thank you.

Definitely do not recommend this location. At 9 PM, they don’t serve anything besides cold cut sandwiches. Which is not advertised. Also, you’ll ask for an assortment of tim bits and get all of the exact same flavor. Do not recommend this location.

Where do I start,We come here every weekday, Monday to Friday, and get a muffin and tea, at the least, to the point they know our order and that we like a sleeve on her tea,- atleast once per week do they give a blueberry muffin when we asked for chocolate chip, or coffee when we ask for a tea, you think by the point of over 2 years coming 5 days a week they wouldn’t continue to mess this up, I can deal with a accident, that’s why I continue to go their because most Tim hortons or McDonald’s mess up orders every now and again,Today was the last straw, and you have lost a customer forever,I feel the management or owners will not even reply to my message, but I do hope everyone else is able to see this review and think twice before going here,Today I get to the inter-calm and ask for the tea, and then ask for a large milk, and the lady said they only had small, (this is very common they are out of the large, maybe get more inventory if you sell out that quick ) So I asked “why are you guys always out of the large Milks”She said “HELLO, we only have small do you want it or not?”I felt that was very rude shouting yell over my question and not replying, so I replied “hello, why do you guys not have large?She now started to get upset and asked “why are you talking to me like that?”I said“Like what? You didn’t answer my questions so I am asking again”Before this escalated I drove off up to the window, of which she who has helped me lots, comes to the window and says!“What’s your name, I am going to make a complaint about you, you will not be served today”First who are you going to complain to your the one earning money to be there!!!I have many other options which I will choose from now on,I told them they have lots a customer for life and she said that’a great,Why this escalated so much is beyond me, I’m just asking why they are always out of the same stuff, make bigger orders so you have enough stock,As someone who has done orders and managed a store, this was absolutely a poor attitude and response, I will never ever return to Basline Tim Hortons, because of this rude woman, ruined my morning how poorly she is allowed to speak to customers, I would lose my job if I spoke to people like that!

This is a place I need to go once a day atleast. I have been coming here mostly to pick up a mobile order. Everytime I tell them I need a tray however I never get one.Today it was my another visit but this time I didn’t place order over the app but instead went in.Again the same lady at the front counter no etiquette at all. Literally doesn’t know how to greet a customer. No smile on her face neither she was polite so rude.Kept asking “anything else, anything else” when i was placing order.Why working in a fast paced company if you have no patience to hear out to the customer.I specially mentioned 3 times to this lady to give me a tray for my drinks but at the end again came up with drinks and food in my hand.She didn’t even lid my drink properly. As one of it was on the floor when I left the door.I give up on this location.
