3 and 1/2 hours to change one tire on trailer. Young guys visiting watching there phones walking around trying to look busy. Pretty sad. Guys at the counter saying there were two infront of me but come on worst kal tire ever.

The guy I dealt with was incredibly rude. I got a nail in the side wall of my tire, so I went to see if I could replace it. He asked how old they were (2 years) and he said I needed 4 new tires. I asked if he would look at them first and he didn't want to. So after the back and forth he sighed like I was asking for a kidney and came outside to look at them.
He measured the tread, smirked like an arrogant prick and told me it had 50% tread and I should replace all 4. So I left and said whatever, called another shop and they said I should get two new ones and explained why they recommended that (unlike this place)
Worst service I've ever had. I wouldn't come back here if all 4 tires went flat in their parking lot.

Our commercial truck had a flat tire early Tuesday morning not far from these guys shop. Our guy went in to ask if they could help and they told him to drive the truck the 150 feet over on the flat tire/rim and they would help him with a new tire. After getting there the tire clerk told us we needed 4 new tires because the tires were not rated properly for the truck as it is commercial. I let him know it is a commercial company but not rated commercially because we do not tow or put any weight on the truck, it simply has a company sticker on it. He then told us he would not help us unless we purchase 4 new tires with a price tag of $4,000 dollars when the other 3 tires on this truck are almost brand new. So after driving it there on a flat tire, we had to drive the truck down the road again on a flat tire off their property and wait for a different tire company to help us. Really terrible service and the worst case of high pressure sales ive ever seen.

TIMELY SERVICE: Had to get 5th wheel trailer tires replaced. Appointment for 8am. I wasn’t even at the counter yet and the team was already at work on the trailer, and I was out by 9am.
PRICE: I checked some pricing at other locations and they were very competitive
KNOWLEDGE: great staff, which gave me a small town tire shop feel. More concerned about providing knowledgeable service than making a sale.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I needed a new set of tires for my truck and Brad and Dean took the time to understand my needs and had everything ordered and installed in only a few days. 100% would recommend them and will definitely be back!

Just as the cold spell was ending, we had a little issue and needed new winter tires on my wife's car. As my wife needs her car for work we were not able to leave it all day. Spoke with Dean in the morning and he said bring it back at 1:00 and he would have the tires by then. They had the tires and had them replaced by 2:00! He recommended we bring it back for an alignment, which we did the following week. Again, recognizing my wife needs her car for work, they had the alignment done in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend Trail Tire for any service your vehicle needs. We will be back!

Love bringing my vehicle here. Everytime I feel confident in the work they are doing, they are very open with communication and blunt on what needs doing and what can wait. I never feel cheated or feel the work is under par. Super helpful and I look forward to bringing my vehicle back here.

These guys are awesome! They were able to help me arrange drop off and pick up outside of their regular business hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem in record time. The next day I noticed a high pitched whine from the replacement part at certain speeds. I was able to bring it back and they had the defective part replaced within an hour. 10/10 would recommend
