I love Wendy's but they messed up the order.. long wait for the vehicle in front of me. Not peak times & when it was all said & done there were 5 vehicles behind the lead vehicle. Not sure if it was his first day or just having a bad

Slow, omg slow. Just slow service and having to repeat my order 3 times. It's not just me. They can only handle one customer at a time. Order, pay them serve. Car in front of me, just ordered and I can hear it behind me. Still waiting on my junior bacon cheeseburgers. Shouldn't take over 5-6

The staff working at this location really seriously need to work on improving their customer service and communication skills. In all fairness I didn't realize I ordered a burger instead of chicken strips. Instead of using words to communicate to see why I wasn't grabbing my tray. This employee and another coworker started to glare at me. I have never been treated so rudely in a restaurant before. There are better places in this area that are worth our time and money. I recommend no one should get their food from this location ever.

Food is OK. Service is terrible and the place is beyond dirty. The sign for frosty's that stand by the pop machine has dirty mop water splatter about 5 feet up on the sign. Walls are disgusting and same with washrooms. Staff were rude to more than 1 person in the lineup.

Food, order accuracy, and general attitude are all satisfactory. A recent experience at the drive-through was the straw that broke the camel's back.Drive-through speed can be incredibly slow and inefficient. Often times they will only take an order if they're in the process of making less than 2 or so. What this means is waiting at the speaker for someone to take your order, while there's space for you to move up, and the person behind to order.This is very clearly inefficient, as it reduces the lead time the staff have to prepare large orders. Last night this resulted in a 10 minute wait until I could put my order in, and an almost 20 minute wait from entering the drive-through to exiting.

Each time I go do this Wendy's, the staff are in the worst moods. Today I go, and I didn't get part of my order. Now I live about 15 minutes away from this location so it doesn't make sense to drive back, but I was very annoyed that they didn't get the order right. Wild to me that a business that is clearly doing well, can't hire good staff. But minimum wage, right. Lol
