Amazing customer service. We were out camping for the week in Slave Lake & had to stop by pet valu to pick up a life jacket for our pup. The workers there were so helpful with trying the jackets on our pup & giving him lots of love & treats! I highly recommend this store!

Staff are all helpful and friendly especially Tory ? She’s absolutely awesome! Having her give that extra care for my puppy Luffy makes our visit extra special. She patiently assisted us when i gave Luffy a bath . Luffy had a blast. Thank you for your awesome service and will surely visit your store again??
