The service was excellent with the sales reps. The delivery truck kept me up to date, but we're delayed almost 2 hours from their last ETA, with no further updates and wouldn't answer my calls.
Otherwise, the whole experience was pretty decent and I only paid a small fee for them to take the old machine.
