“These guys are lifesavers. While I was out in the woods, the 'unthinkable' happened and one of my truck's tires got a puncture. The worst part was that I had a long trip back home ahead of me and I really needed to have this tire fixed (the spare tire wasn't an option for such a long trip, given its different size). I arrived about half an hour before closing time at this KalTire location, but even with such short notice, everyone here was very helpful and prompt. One of the technicians took the truck in and fixed the wounded tire in a very professional manner.
A very nice touch to the experience included the front desk lady, who was very polite and courteous. She offered me coffee while I was waiting and overall the place looked very nice and well-run (even the washroom was sparkling clean-looking, nothing like a 'standard' dirty mechanical shop).
If you are ever in need of mechanical services, when in the area, you should put this shop at the top of your list”
