This place is well named. It is like walking into a prison cell, except someone will hand you a case of overpriced beer through the bars. It's open later than the liquor store in Vilna and hits the spot in a pinch.

Prices are high, but the selection is decent, and it's a reasonably distanced bike ride from the nearby provincial campground when you're loaded and can't drive to get more alcohol. I mean... when you're completely sober and just want to bike for some beer to enjoy RESPONSIBLY like your parole officer requires you to.
