Wait in line for five to fifteen minutes every time. Get two tills working. You make a mountain of money, stop treating your customers like garbage.

Went there to buy some drinks then the lady ringing me up literally put that I ordered chicken for no reason at all other then to scam me and I watched her do it, she scanned my drinks then punched in chicken for no reason at all had no prior talks of hot food or chicken then the debit machine beeped ready for me to pay I seen that she put chicken on the screen and I stared at her for like a minute not paying or saying anything then she said oh oops then fixed it, didn’t apologize and definitely did it on purpose, I’m never coming to this location ever again and anyone who does double check they aren’t scamming you from the checkout screen

I grabbed the Friday chicken sandwich deal, and let me tell you, that was the last mistake I’ll ever make. My entire Saturday turned into a miserable marathon between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., chained to the bathroom like I’d offended some higher power. This wasn’t just food poisoning—it was an all-out assault. Whoever’s in charge of this disaster of a place, I sincerely hope Alberta Food Safety is breathing down their neck, because this level of negligence deserves scrutiny.

Pretty good 7-11, there is always hot food and snacks. I really like the deals they have going on for lunch. They are in a convenient location as well.

They refused to sell me a lighter… At the time I didn’t want to argue or cause a scene but after I went home I did some research on Alberta website I read that there is no federal law for a age requirement to buy a lighter im 17 by the way and I did show her my ID last time I went one of the lady’s told me that it was 16+ this is ridiculous you guys need to know what the current laws are

Ordered off their online ordering on skip the dishes and got completely ripped off- paid for 10 extra items that we just never received, received wrong items. I’ve never been so disappointed with something- a simple proofreading of the order would’ve completely prevented this but evidently whoever was working didn’t care that much.

Not a great 7-Eleven. Dirty floors, coffee machine is almost always broken, luke warm coffee papers bags ect missing and just a messy place in general. They get 2 stars for their convenient location and the staff are friendly

Between massively inflating their gas prices a few months ago, the hot drink machines which always seem to be out of flavouring, and the coffee so strong it's like drinking tar, I honestly don't know where to start. That's just the tip of the iceberg. The cashier barely speaks any english and could not figure out the debit machine. The pumps are always malfunctioning and cannot seem to figure out chip cards. Do yourself a favour, and drive the extra 5 minutes to fill up at the co-op on the other side of town. Consistently cheaper, much better service, and way better drink/food options.

I go here a lot as I live across the street. The attitude I got tonight from the girl behind the counter was disturbing. She rolled her eyes as I asked for smokes and asked me for ID. It almost seemed as though she didn’t want to wait on me. I left and went elsewhere, the Mac Store gave me much better service without the snotty attitude.
