This place is disgusting! I got the redbull straight from the cooler only to realize once I pull away the stuff on top! I can’t even drink it because it’s around the mouthpiece, I can’t pour it either. Workers are very rude. next time I’ll double check the cleanliness of the can.

Attempted to stop and use the washroom here around 03:00am. It had a wet floor sign and was locked. Went to ask the guy behind the counter and was told it was “out of order”, which conveniently was exactly what the 7/11 prior to this one told us. When we asked if it was actually out of order or if he just didn’t want people using it he just stared and sighed and didn’t say anything. Super unprofessional. Thankfully the petro down the street had no issues with uniformed paramedics using their washroom!

I went into 7-11 last week to get ice cream , and the freezers weren’t working but ice cream was still sitting in the freezer melted.
Wanted ice cream today and decided to order ice cream from 7-11 through uber eats, Ice cream looks spoiled and not safe too eat. This is extremely concerning. Now i’m wondering if they didn’t pull out all the thawed items from the freezers which is a health and safety concern.

no bathrooms. 711 is the one place that people know they can stop at no matter the time to go pee amd get a drink on a road trip. Not this 711.

I've been going through some very rough times as of writing this review, but I write it now to let this location know how personal it's become to me. I've been a regular here for a while and the staff have always been super friendly and the service consistent, to the point where it was great to go here just for the people I see there. I appreciate the shelves always being well stocked and the hot food being surprisingly good for how affordable it is. It's such a shame to see this location is being converted to a Petro Canada soon, which is an establishment that's disappointed me several times over. I go here often due to it being so close to where I live, so I'll miss it quite a lot.

Had a very bad experience at the store. We wanted to use the washroom and the male employee there didn’t let us go in. He was very rude and said there are no washrooms in the store.

Do you guys make your workers ask everyone if they have money or not? And do you guys tell your workers to be rude for no reason? The lady was being rude to me and she asked me if i had money or not. This happened to me i didn’t even do anything.

Ordered wings and a pizza. The batter on the wings was barely cooked and the chicken pizza was terrible. It tasted like hp sauce and ketchup. The chicken on the pizza was not fresh.

I came here month ago to refill gas and to buy some stuff and ask if I use washroom guy who’s works there said it’s out of order I came week ago they saying still out of oder I can today still out of order . They making customer fool or dot let them use the washroom I think by law you can’t stop anyone to use gas station washroom . Very disappointed

Both ladies said they could not read my birthdate on my MB license (even after showing her). I showed it to them, and said I look young still and cannot help me.Plus when they scan my ID it doesn’t work or something… Made up lies about a new policy to scan. Expiry date is valid, I am 25, and it was made to be a big deal. Very upset as I always use this 7/11 and today was so much different.

I’m a regular at 3am when there is usually only one guy working the store and he always gives good service to customers and is very friendly I’d lost my card one night and had asked if he could hold onto my item for me while I run home to grab my other card and he let me go for free if your seeing this dude your great keep up the good work

The bio-steel promotion is 3 for $7 for members. I put in my number and it showed my account. My receipt is clearly 3 for $7.5. Did they not enter the correct pricing in the tills hoping no-one would notice. Keeping the deposit and eco fees out of the equation. 3 x $3.19 =$9.57 the discount give is $2.07. Bringing the total to $7.50. Stealing $0.50 from every customer....
