I came in to just buy a corndog and a drink and the guy (white guy with a beard) was so rude, rolled his eyes whenever i spoke to him and completely forgot the corndog. If i could rate 0 stars for customer service i would.

1 july 2025 4:08 am . Asked if there is any washroom . Staff said no there is no washroom . Thats so rude . And before leaving i saw there is washroom. I stopped here for gas not coming again

If I had the option there would be no stars! This place is so cheap that they wouldn't exchange a pop because it tasted off. Apparently pop doesn't go bad or nothing can happen in the manufacture as long as the expiry date is okay. Wow.... what happened to customer service? Plus called the store and got hung up on so yeah not so nice people working at this store!

Store is too busy at night in the summer to only have a single staff member working. I also have not seen the guard that used to be here in a while now either. Depsite some reviews, staff have always been helpful to me here. I would consider giving them a raise.
Edit/Update: I didn't say the store was running smoothly. I said that the staff required more respect and support. I have lowered my rating as a result of the response.

Biggest ripoff! Who owns this store, anyway???? Look inward and ask yourself if you'll really profit by ripping off children and adults. I feel sorry for you.

Edit- I called head office, and recieved a call from the manager of the store. Everything was resolved. Much appreciated the apology thanks for making it right! 5 stars.
Won’t return. Too many bad experiences with this store I’ll head to Mac’s instead

Worst staff at any 7-11 they say "free cookie or croissant" than charge 3$ for it and one older lady is miserable all the time worst customer service and food you'll find.

False advertising at this store!
Sign said, "if you buy a Big Gulp you get 2 free cookies or a banana ".
Cashier didn't want to honor the sign. I replied, "take the sign down, that's false advertisement ", she replied, "No it's just business. "
Yup,, DIRTY BUSINESS....well I'm taking my BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

Felt so disrespected going there for some pizza and wings… we’ve been loyal customers for this exact store since we got a house in spruce grove. And they had to audacity to give us old and stale food… wings and pizza were extremely chewy and unbearable to eat… I used to work at Mc Donald’s and we threw out food that’s old not give it to people… please get your food and workers straight. If you hate your job then find a new one.
