I’m very appreciative of the great service I received here. The consultation was both thorough and efficient, and I received the medication I needed plus expert advice on follow through. Sadly I had to switch pharmacies because I recently moved to Spruce Grove. This was my first choice because it was locally owned and was convenient because it's a one minute walk from my house. When I dropped off my prescription, they told me it was going to be an hour wait. When I go back 1 hour later i still had to wait 10 minutes for my prescription at the counter. They scanned the meds and my total was way more than what was expecting. They said my insurance only covers the generic brand and they only have the trade brand... Why they didn't mention that before was rude considering I could have gone anywhere else and have the same medication covered under my benefits.. So I thought to myself I'll just take my prescription back go somewhere else where they have the generic drug which has never been an issue. So I took my prescription back and left. Just really unfortunate because I have a medical background and I can't imagine a senior coming into that store and being overcharged without realizing it. Also no education was given, I had to ask why it cost so much. I would be very cautious of this company. No pharmacy should take this long.
The next day I went to shoppers, my prescription was filled in 15 minutes and they had the generic drug as well. "support local they say" suuurree... When they can do their job.

Didn't even know this place existed until a friend mentioned it when I was sick. I've been here twice now and it's way better then any walk in clinic in spruce Grove. I've never been in there for longer then an hour and that includes waiting on a prescription and my check up. Everyone is friendly and helpful as well.

Worst place to get your prescription filled. Have been a customer since the week he opened, they were good for the first year. I get a simple blood pressure medication twice a year and for the last few times I have gone its always a problem. Yesterday I dropped off my prescription and said I will be back tomorrow. I live out of town so its a trip for me. When I got there they said the meds weren't there yet come back in a bit, I came back when he told me and then they said they didn't come so come back in 4 hours. That's nuts. I took my prescription some where else. Horrible customer service. Shame on you for inconveniencing people. There was no discrimination just inconvenience so don't play that card that is just a horrible excuse.
