Very disappointed how I was treated by one of the workers here today. She had blonde hair and black glasses I believe. I was simply looking around and originally came in to look at scarves but I didn’t find what I wanted and just continued browsing like any person does?? and she comes up to me and asks if I need help finding anything and all I said was no I’m just looking and smiled, and she looks me up and down and at my purse and gives me a weird look and says “fair enough….” I don’t know what I did for her to act this way as if I was doing something wrong like stealing and I would never do that, I was just looking around. I knew it felt off because I overheard her ask another lady if she needed help to which she said she also didn’t need help and the worker simply replied okay and no rude comments, but to me it felt like she was being extremely judgy and giving rude looks. I was already having a bad day dealing with health conditions and wanted to feel better by shopping and then this happens and it just ruined my day. Makes me sad too because i loved shopping there when I was younger and now I feel judged everytime I walk in there. Not all the workers are like this, there was one brunettes lady who was helpful and very kind but not all of them are like this, it’s disappointing. I work in healthcare and never treat people like this.

Phenomenal staff. I struggle with shopping for myself and knowing what will look good together. I've been coming to this location since 2017 and they have never disappointed me. They have given me style that I didn't know I had in me. I highly recommend anyone needing a push in the right direction style wise to visit the Spruce Grove Westland Market Mall location...THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

Get most of my clothes and shoes from here. Great styles and good pricing. Caters a lot more for the skinny person but I can often find items in my size.
