“So I’ve never rated a bank before but am so glad that I finally remembered about this “hidden gem” ATB branch in Spruce! Unlike the “main branch” on 16A where you can stand in line so long that certain muscle groups atrophy, I have been in and out of this branch within minutes. And yes, someone actually physically helped me with my banking transactions at the counter. Taffy, the Manager helped my elderly mother out with her personal banking and was very courteous and helpful. It’s a small branch but I’ve never seen more than one other person in there when I’ve been around.”

“A huge shout out to the wonderful staff at this branch! After standing in a long line for about 20 minutes, staff member Olivia Hall assisted me. My transaction required I make a trip to another financial institution and return to this branch to deposit funds. When I expressed the fact that I likely wouldn’t be able to stand in line again - physically or schedule-wise - Olivia graciously advised me that she would watch for me and I could simply hand her the deposit without waiting in line.
As promised, she noticed my arrival back at the branch and, in spite of being busy motioned for me to drop off the deposit and offered me a chair while she completed the deposit.
I so appreciated her compassion and thoughtfulness as well as the security person’s friendliness and warmth at the door.

“The teller, Cremaria (not sure of the spelling), gave me the most exceptional service I’ve ever received at a bank. She was very personable and while speaking to her, she shared with me the features and benefits of obtaining a credit card. It didn’t sound like an effort to “sell” me a credit card. She looked me in the eye and with genuine interest, explained how a cash back credit card would benefit me. We had a brief cordial conversation about our mutual experience in the jewelry business. She asked if there was anything else she could do for me and wished me a good day.
