Very rude clerk. She had the worst attitude instead of taking the time to explain something. Will not be using Canada post again

Very very rude staff. Just had 2 questions , and the lady at desk seemed extremely annoyed I even asked, or that I should have known how to do it .

What a struggle. Being pleasant, smiling and asking questions leads to really bad customer service...not sure what's going on there but what an unpleasant experience.
