“I help volunteer at this church which allows us to use their kitchen, where the most lovely ladies make up lunches for kids at school who might not be privileged enough to have a lunch to bring to school. Also they prepare soup for the homeless. Do thank you St. Andrew’s United Church for lending out your facility.”

“Amazing church. A church that is more that a religious institution. It is a hospital, sanctuary,a safe place to be, a place meet the creator, and a place to cry, to dance,to eat and fellowship. They just recently revived children ministry. A ministry where now children like adults can find a sanctuary, healing place, a place to be ? cool and to just be a kid and in all this a door to make a new friend Jesus. If you're a person who is lost or believe you must be toe in the church, well in 5his church you don't need to be anything , just come and take a sit 8n service and just take a break. Or need a pastor to shadow sorrow s then come ring bell if door is closed and we will listen and be there for you. Give a chance to your self and to you tomorrow ☺️.”

“One of the things that makes me happiest about Global Connections Church is seeing the positive difference it is making in the lives of people from so many different walks of life and cultures. What I especially appreciate is seeing that difference extend far beyond the church itself and into everyday life throughout Spruce Grove, Edmonton, and the surrounding area. I’ve had the privilege of seeing students, teachers, tradespeople, mechanics, office staff, medical workers, police officers, lawyers and legal professionals, military personnel, managers, business owners, community and political leaders, families, parents, and grandparents actively engaging in and contributing to our local communities. The people who gather at Global Connections Church take what they experience with them when they return to their workplaces, families, schools, businesses, and communities. I’ve seen the wide-ranging and positive impact this is having, and it is wonderful to witness. Another thing I love is the multilingual experience made possible through FREE live language translation during Sunday services. This has created a healthy and meaningful bridge into our wider community, allowing people from many different cultures to participate in live services and hear the message in their own language. Seeing this happen genuinely makes me happy! For me, one of the greatest measures of a church is not simply what happens while people are inside the building, but what happens in their lives when they walk back out into the world. I’m grateful to see people becoming stronger, more purposeful, more caring, and more engaged members of our communities—helping make Spruce Grove, Edmonton, and the surrounding area a wonderful place to live, work, raise a family, and enjoy life. I also believe the positive things happening at Global Connections Church are a credit to the new pastoral team that has been serving and working with this church in recent years. I’m genuinely excited about what I see happening and encouraged to know that future generations are in great and capable hands!”
