I like this place. I go here every time I need a haircut. I go to the Spruce Grove AB location because it's where I live but would go to this hair dresser if I was in a different city.

Extremely bad customer service from the stylist I had this past Saturday morning. I had called at ten am to book a appointment. The lady accused me of calling at nine and rudely told me they didn’t open until ten. When I tried to show her my phone to show the time of the call she said she didn’t need to see it. Not only that she was rude about my straw feeling hair, just all around unfriendly. I will NEVER go back to this establishment again. Big thumbs down. Oh hair looks ok.Service: Hairstyling

I went to get a haircut and the lady upfront was so rude. She went to the back and got another hairdresser to do my hair and the haircut was terrible and not what I wanted. And as I was leaving they made a rude comment and started laughing at me as I left.Service: Hairstyling

Took my little dude here for a haircut awhile back when restrictions lifted and it was allowed. I must mention that my son has ADHD and as such he can be a bit of a twerp because he has such a hard time sitting still for an extended period of time... I mentioned this to the hairdresser (I can’t remember her name but she was a middle aged lady) and she was absolutely phenomenal with him! She got him to jump up and down and shake and do some other things to get a bit of the excess energy out. She also put a sticker on the mirror for him to concentrate on and spoke with him the whole time — although her coworker was not cutting or styling mine or my children’s hair she made an effort to chat with my daughter and had a very friendly demeanour overall. I highly recommend.
