I love coming here. No matter the way I feel coming in, I always feel great when leave. I get a great cut every time. I have recommended Great Clips to alot of people, because I get so many compliments on my hair. Will be a regular customer for life.

Got a breakup haircut and went drastically shorter, Olivia was awesome and I love my new hair. Prices are awesome and staff was friendly and quick. Went from LONG straight hair to having actual volume for the first time in forever

Not familiar with current hairstyles / trends, didn't ask about hair choices or make suggestions to help someone who was looking for a change but not knowing exactly what they wanted. Completely different haircut then requested. Hair length demonstrated and the begging of cut, and stylist took off another 1.5 inches 'fixing it'. Not sure if other stylists are better experienced so take my comments with that in mind.

I was there just for a simple hair trim as being a postpartum I was shedding a lots..
I had layer and ask them to just trim..
The stylist (red hair lady)trimmed back portion ok but for the front she did a complete disaster.
I Don't know what she was thinking she did her 1st chopp and that moment I feel she messed up my hair completely..
After that she felt herself confused and lost like she doesn't know what she is doing!
I was oviously unhappy and went to the salon next morning, their senior 2 stylists Rosa and Angela came in and looking at my hair they felt so sorry too..
They tried to fix it but it's hair and once you messed up it's hard to fix it completely!!
They gave me a free haircut coupon for next visit!
But who cares!! I have an upcoming trip in next week and I just feel like crying now!!
Will never ever recommend this place to anyone..
If I can I would rate them minus star !!

The stylists are very professional, courteous and engaged in interesting conversation. I only go to Great Clips in Spruce Grove, for years now.Requested style: 3 blade on the sides & half the length on top. It was in the data base and the stylist was fantastic (you'll have to check her name in your data base).

Went in today for a trim. Explained to the lady that I have curly hair and because it was damp, the texture and curls weren’t really there. Everything was fine when I left the salon (Because I wasn’t shown the back) my hair dries and I look like lord farquad. ?Straighten it once I get home to see if maybe it was just how it dried…. Nope. My hair is three different lengths. (Unlike how it started) the picture doesn’t really do it justice, because in the back it’s at least two inches longer :(I try to keep my hair to my shoulders, which the front definitely sits there. However the staircase down to the back is drastic and chunky.$30 for a botched haircut Shouldn’t have cheated on my amazing lady in mayfield common.!! Ladies with curly hair don’t waste your time or money !!Edit: I went in the next day, and the nicest lady fixed it up for me at no charge! I did end up loosing roughly three inches, but it is even now!
