Roof inspection and repair in 2023, and downspout placement in 2024 to connect downspouts to new rain barrels. Small family company. Great service on site. Recommended. Note that the office has problems with shaw emails which lasted from 2023 to 2024 for me. Not serious as text will suffice.

We were really happy with the service we received on fixing up the area around our chimney. After doing the work on a Friday, Casey called me on the next Monday, saying he realized he forgot to seal a nail or screw and it was bothering him all weekend and he just urgently wanted to come back and make it right. Such honesty! Good quality pictures of the work in the invoice too. Thank you!

Will definitely not use this company. The guy in his truck cut a bunch of cars in traffic, making sure no one could get in front of him- I thought he was heading to a roofing emergency! Turns out he was going to a fast food restaurant.
Extremely unprofessional when driving in the company truck with all the advertising all over it.

I recently hired the folks at Rapid Roofing to repair and re-shingle the roof on my new home. The entire process was excellent from start to finish. Their consult was professional, the pricing was fair, and the service was incredible. I was so impressed with how hard their staff worked on our home and very pleased with how the finished product looks. These folks were easy to work with, friendly and all around fantastic. I will definitely be referring them to my family and friends!

After reviewing the Google reviews of different roofing companies, we chose Rapid Roofing to request a quote, in addition to four other roofing companies.
Adam from Rapid Roofing showed up, did his inspection, and then provided a pre-prepared, very detailed quote including aerial photos. Adam then went through the entire quote with us, confirmed what we did and didn't need, showed us different shingles, and explained the breakdown of various cost structures to align with a variety of options. This was so unusual, compared to other roofing companies who showed up and did an inspection without even notifying us, or others simply just gave us a phone quote. What I also appreciated was that Adam didn't try to upsell the garage shingles and was honest that our garage shingles didn't need replacing for another 5 years. This speaks volumes about a company's ethics.
Rapid Roofing is all about quality, and you'll be able to see this from the very start of the quote. The roofing installers were polite and friendly, and very efficient, even working in 30+ temperatures.
Another impressive feature of Rapid Roofing is that they care about the product that is put on your home and are able to source the highest quality shingles on the market - Owens Corning. Most companies (including the four other companies we called for a quote) can't get the Owens Corning shingles, and will offer lower quality shingles.
Also, the owner, Dan, exemplifies how much he cares about his clientele. This is so nice to see that any questions or concerns were immediately addressed.
Its not easy to choose a reputable roofing contractor, so I wanted to write this review to help others make an informed decision. If you're getting a quote for roofing, make sure you include Rapid Roofing.

I found Rapid Roofing & Repairs from a favourable discussion on Reddit. When they came to our property to do the initial inspection, they were able to find three major problems that other companies could not. Adam provided a complete report went over it very carefully, including informing us of our rights as buyers. After the work was completed they came over twice to clean the ground. It is clear they value the quality of their work very much. We are glad we went with this company!

Excellent job on roof repair. Some shingles went missing during a wind storm that needed replacing. They also fixed up some other deficiencies that I wouldn’t of been aware of if they hadn’t noticed them. Price fell right in the middle of what I was quoted.
Note: I wasn’t too concerned about colour match.
Casey and crew did an awesome job. Highly recommended.

Overall a great experience beginning with the 'rapid' scheduling for an onsite visit with knowledgeable suggested work to be done; the quick receipt of a quote; the actual workmanship done; and the billing process. I would highly recommend Rapid Roofing/Repairs!
