Great store, just bought a few things and the staff was extremely nice and helpful, very professional. Just wish there were a few more product lines… Ariat for one would be cool.
I like to come to this location as I do not want to go into Edmonton and I had seen that FR (fire Retardant) safety gear and workwear at the edmonton location, but was not at this location… VERY DISAPPOINTING to say the least as this was the main purpose of my shopping trip into town.
Please start stocking this at this location. This should be a staple item for this location. All my friends and coworkers do a lot of shopping in spruce grove at lammlie’s.
This safety gear really needs to be at this location. It would make it a one stop shop for us and not go to town.

I have been a customer of this store for many years, always have amazing service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have moved away and have had to start going to other Western stores and haven’t had the same great service since. Erin takes pride in the staff she hires and goes above and beyond to ensure that they are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Highly recommend!!

I took my kids in last week to get them started on school shopping. I had the best experience! They got fitted for boots and was shown how ariat have a piece for wiggle room so they will last when longer while they grow. Picked up some jeans and one kid is between kid sizes and men's stage and the help I received to make sure he was comfortable was more then appreciated. This mom couldn't deal with a teenagers fussing with clothes that day and the girls just stepped up and helped so much. Looking forward to coming back for winter clothes!!

Terrible service. I was standing looking at boots and no body can to ask if I need help while everyone else was asked if they need help. I trying on a boot that I had to get from the top shelf by myself when they finally came to ask if I needed help I said in a second after I tried this boots on. Then the walk away from then never came back to help. When I walking out she finally asked again. I just said enough is enough I am done

I came here with my son and put a pair of boots on hold, the sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable. When I came back to purchase the boots there was a staff member who was incredibly rude to me and the other staff working there. I informed the staff person at the front desk that I had put a pair of boots on hold, the staff seemed unsure and asked a dark haired woman staff member what to do when a customer has a purchase on hold. The woman said 'I'll help you in a second' and then proceeded to rearrange some stuffed animals near the cash register, she then turned back to the staff member who asked the question and snapped 'well get their name and go get it!'. So the staff asked me my name and then went to retrieve the boots. The rude woman was hostile towards me as she rang up my purchase and as I was spending ~$300.00 at the store I would have appreciated a bit more couth. Instead she was snappy and rude demanding my information (name and phone number for warranty) and then (delibrately??) spelling my name horribly wrong so that it did not resemble my name at all and when I asked her to fix it she sighed heavily and made a point of how showing how inconvenient it was for her to enter my information properly. Lammle's, all the other staff was awesome. This one person made it a horrible experience and I hope to never have to be in this store again.

My Daughter and I were looking for a place to shape our hats before we headed out to CODY JOHNSON ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ last Thursday and Erin took on the task. Let me tell you she knows what she’s doing! My daughter was soooo happy that she reshaped her hat, she received so many compliments as well.

No one even acknowledged we were there. The service was terrible. When we went to pay the staff member asked if anyone helped us. I said no. She said oh sorry about that. That’s all they ever say. There were at least 5 people there working and no other customers. We only bought boots there because they were on sale.
