This is my 3rd interaction in the last few weeks where I have had nothing but a headache when it comes to getting my families medications. This last occurrence we called in on Monday to order more medication. I show up Thursday afternoon and find that the order isn’t ready and there was no record of our calling to fill the prescription on Monday. The time before was a fiasco because the benefits we have had for years somehow miraculously wasn’t on record. Save yourself the hassle and go to a more professional pharmacy. If I received service like this at McDonald’s, it would be expected but at a professional medical pharmacy, it is appalling and if they screw up the really small things, are you getting the proper medication and advice on the big things? Just something to maybe consider.

Pharmacist had absolutely no idea what kind of supplies to give me for my injectable medication. Not only was he completely unprofessional, but gave the wrong supplies and was a complete jerk about me asking for supplies to begin with.

Pharmacy shut down because of family crisis....what!! What about all the people with drugs filled and are picking up today. It's Saturday how are they going to get a new prescription on the weekend. I done with this Pharmacy. It's pathetic and so inconsiderate .

Do not recommend, issues include: not receiving entire amt requiring 2nd trips, lost prescriptions, long waits, no patient counseling, hard to contact (even for Doctors). I'm trying to change pharmacies & it's probably easier to just see the doctor & start over. Rediculous rediculous.

Would zero star if I could. Have had one maybe 2 pickups where they didn't mess things up. Even had my wife down as a pet. Terrible pharmacy

I give this Pharmacy all my business, I have a great plan, but I still spend over 3000 $ a year! And the service I get is ridiculous! There is a couple of girls there that have respect for customers. But that's it! You call in a refill, but it will never be ready when they say it will be! Then you wait and wait! Then I tried calling one In and I got transferred back and forth from the pharmacy to customer service for a whole hour, until customer service had to take a note to the pharmacy to see why they weren't answering there phones. They had no expectation, and this is one of several time this has happened. Will see if thing get better or I will have to change Pharmacys.

Phone is rarely answered. Scripts almost never ready when they say they will be! Surprised will all these bad reviews and still no improvement.

I hope they stick to their hours. I dropped off my prescription and had to do errands etc. Errands took longer than expected.I came to pick it up and it was 5:45pm. When I got to the pharmacy, the worker there was already closing up. I told her that I still have 15 mins since they closed at 6pm. The worker said “we are closed now coz the supervisor is stressed, you just have come back tomorrow morning”. I tried to explain that it’s important for me to have the medication but she already closed. I had to call the hospital and spoke to the doctor and get another rx. This is a poorly managed pharmacy. Please get better with your service!

I have had wonderful experiences at Loblaw Pharmacies but this one is unfortunately the opposite. I have placed my prescription by phone using their automated refill option. I show up hours later and still have to wait 30+ minutes because I was supposed to call ahead and confirm it was ready when it said it was going to be. I had to try for three months straight for them to get my prescription refilled for me. Every time I have gone, there has been a wait even when I call ahead. I call to speak to them and confirm when I can pick up a prescription only to get to the pharmacy and be told there is a problem. I have waited on hold for upwards of 15 minutes as well.I have never had a smooth experience there.
