I had a really positive experience setting my family up on new phone plans. Jordan was fantastic; he got us set up quickly, explained everything clearly and overall made it a very painless experience. We got a crazy deal for Cyber Monday, so I'm super happy with that. Thank you!
Shoutout as well to the employee who had to handle that horribly rude customer while we were there. The employee was nothing but patient and professional.
Overall, great job to the team at the Spruce Grove store!

I’d give this store 0 if I could. Terrible service, rude, entitled, and no idea what they were doing. I wasted my time there being spoken down to and they didn’t fix the issue Telus created in the first place. (Though they kept pushing a new phone at me and I bet they’d have been more cooperative if I signed another contract). I went over to the Century Crossing location and was out in 10 minutes. Much friendlier and far more knowledgeable.

Phone company’s are never fun but Shay at this place makes it so much less stressful and explains things so you can pick the plan you want. Very helpful and knowledgeable!l, She has helped other family members to pick the deal they need so that’s why I came to see her and was impressed. Jordan was also very helpful when we needed help with a very difficult issue.

Went in and was told I had to take a 60 a month phone because they had no inventory. Telus sucks. Walked over to rogers and was handled nicely. Even had stock. 20 years with telus and Im gone over a 3 min convo.

Goof store. No sense of customer service at all, can start a service but cant end it at the location.. making me call another employee when I had one right infront of my face is absolute nonsense

What I find at most public businesses is the lack of explanation, as a older person I'm not up on the lastest trends or posts so younger people have a blank look trying to understand how nieve a older person is. It would be good to start with some basics instead of a attitude that we know what's going on, having said that I was very satisfied with the help I received here.

Waited 20 minutes while staff were gabbing away at their collective desks. St down with an individual, not sure his name, who tried to convince me I was over paying my plan. Tried selling me a new package deal with a phone that would be twice my current bill. He kept showing me his computer numbers saying I am overpaying even after showing him my actual bill was half that.
Just sales people looking for their buck. Avoid and deal with an official operator through 611 or online.

Jordan, your a life saver. Can't say enough good things. I found myself in a bind when my data plan ran out as I was getting ready to hop on a zoom call.
It could have been bad news but with a few clicks the changes were made and best of all my it didn't break the bank.
If your looking to make your getting the best value or just looking to upgrade, Jordan is the won to ask for.
