“Mandy gave me exceptional service today! I first met her in September when she made it very easy for me to switch from a different provider to Fido. Today, she was very patient with all my questions and I really appreciated that. I went in with the idea of MAYBE switching my Samsung phone. She told me about the Google 10 Pro XL. I quickly checked comparisons between it and Samsung. The camera is very important to me. She explained things thoroughly. I haven't been satisfied with my home WiFi, she set me up for installation next week. Then, I asked about cameras for security. Mandy showed me on her phone how she can check her cameras at her home. There was never any sales pressure whatsoever. She transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone and I was all set. She made it so easy. Only thing was l didn't realize I had to buy a new charger until I got home and tried to charge it. I called the store and was told l needed the charger so it meant a trip back to the store to buy one but other than that I would highly recommend Rogers/Fido and Mandy. She has excellent customer service skills and from what I saw so did the other salesperson. As someone who owned a retail store for 22 years, I know how hard it is to find good customer service oriented staff. Mandy is excellent!!!”
