Go to Part Stop in Spruce Grove. Better service and friendlier. Napa basically couldn't be bothered to help me. Told me to call back in new year. Part Stop was friendly and got me the part same day.

I don't know if All napa is like this or just this location.
I never get a call for online order.
Whenever I call back to check, they say order has not arrived and will call back.
I made bunch of online orders for pick up.
But not once I got a call back.
Just a bit of hassle for me to track my package since if I forget. They will forget too

This place is actually really good. I used to go to the St Albert NAPA when I lived near there, and that location is AWFUL. It seems everyone who works there just wants you to leave as soon as possible, and nobody cares about making sure you get what you want.
I now avoid the St A location and go to this Spruce location, even if it is a bit out of my way. Almost everyone I've talked to at this Spruce location has been helpful and polite. They also seem knowledgeable, within reason, about vehicles and the products they sell. Maybe I'm just lucky and always talk to the same one knowledgeable person when I call in, I'm not sure.
Unfortunately there is one associate that is helpful and polite, but has absolutely no vehicle or mechanical knowledge. It is very frustrating when the person on the phone or behind the counter doesn't have the faintest clue about what you're looking for. Because of this, I can't give 5*, but I would give 4.5* if that were an option.
Keep in mind that fluids are often competitively priced at NAPA, but most components are not. Shocks, end links, bushings, tie rods, brakes, sensors, thermostats, gaskets, blower motors, O2 sensors, etc., are all usually much more competitively priced elsewhere. YMMV based on what accounts and/or discounts you have.

Blew a transmission cooler line today and they helped me out! Changed it out in there parking lot very friendly staff! Will definitely be back!

I cant state enough the absolutely amazing experience i had at Napa. The young tall man that assisted me when beyond above and beyond anything I ever expected to get me set before the holidays. I cant thank you enough!!!

I've never had such terrible customer service. Thank goodness I worked in parts. The wait was about thirty minutes just to reach the desk. I greeted the older bearded gentleman, slim and not very friendly or welcoming. I asked for AC refrigerant for my car. I provided all details so he could find the item requested. Then he proceeded to inform me he had two types and that he didn't know what one was for what application. Then he said I would have to find out but he has both in stock. What??? I asked if he had google. Shrugs. I go to my car and looked it up in a minute. Returned, to have to wait another ten minutes. Other gentleman served me. However he was very condescending and quite short and sh#tty with me and when I asked if I needed the kit since I have the tool he proceeded to be equally rude and like I was an inconvenience for him. Overall unpleasant service, atmosphere and products were overboard in necessity. He would have known had he asked me if I had needed all that. Difference in price about a hundred dollars. I won't be returning to that location. Very dissatisfied.
