Customer service was appalling!I was sold a faulty parts, I bought a starter for my car from there. There was no thread in the holes were the bolts were supposed to go.I took the part back to the shop and a new part was ordered. He did complain about how dirty, the starter that I was returning was, but at the end of the day it was getting fitted into the car, until we realized there was no threat to attach the bolts to.I did go and pick up the new part that had been ordered, he complained a second time about how dirty the start of us, he also made a point of saying the threads were more prominent on this new starter than the old one, even though there was zero threads on the old one.He was very rude, and insulting my intelligenceI also explained to him that I had to pay for a mechanic to come out twice to fit the starter, as he was unable to the first time, and I did ask for some kind of compensation and was told they was nothing they could offer me.I will never shop here every again! They don’t even know when they are selling faulty parts.

I don't go anywhere else for parts. The staff is great, and if they don't have it they get the part in quick.

Hours aren't really helpful, and every time I go in it seems like they have less and less of the common vehicle repair items. Even the staff agreed.
