My experience with Miranda at this location was absolutely fantastic. I felt that her communication was clear, transparent, and that she treated the situation at-hand with a service of compassion. Thank you so much.

November 2nd 2023I am a customer standing in line. I am third in line. I've been waiting 30 minutes. There are 12 people behind me. This place is a complete joke. The service is total garbage. Fire the manager.

The wait times are ridiculous and they aren’t open all weekend or Monday. 4 days a week.

Awful awful awful bank. Absolutely every service requires you to either wait for a teller or advisor as well as waiting on the phone. I wanted 47 minutes just to get through to my LOCAL BRANCH.There are many other banks that actually want your business. Avoid RBC like the plague.

I was burned by Servus (awful, do not go) so I came here after another reviewer suggested RBC. I don't have an account (yet), but the staff still chose to go above & beyond in being both kind and helpful. It has been a stressful week and they (Lynette + three staff, sorry that I missed your names) were life-savers. Take care.

Their your typical bank, lure you in with promises and once you sign on the dotted line they just keep nickel and diming you. RBC is a master at emptying your pockets. Sadly were stuck with no choices, their all the same

It's a physical bank don't expect miricals. With the emphasis from most banks going mostly electronic the in person service is suffering badly.

Everytime I call and have to talk to the automotive response thing I can never achieve what I need to. It’s highly useless. You say one thing and it gives you steps to do an entirely opposite thing. I’m willing to just wait to talk to a real person who can actually help me. Always frustrating.

my mother in aw passed away and for some reason Visa has again sent her a bill after we went to the bank with her death certificate cancelled her card . Now they again sent n her a bill for 7 cents even after the card was cancelled. Wow cant believe how incompetent they are. Not the banks fault .

Their drive through ATM stole from me.Inserted $65, the bills were rejected multiple times. I tried flattening them out, and on my last attempt it only spat out $60 and said it couldn't process my request. Nobody was working inside at the time, and calling their customer support line is useless.Terrible bank, terrible service.

Bank machines are GROSS. I have complained before and had to again today as I went in to use the bank machines. The keys have a black gunk on them that we all know is bacteria and I do not want any contact with these keyboards. When I complained about it today the receptionist said she had just cleaned them. Well I believe she may have wiped them but she did not clean them. The black bacteria takes a few days to weeks to form on these keys. Come on Royal Bank, you are worth billions of dollars and you can't afford to have a proper cleaning staff or independent cleaning company come in and properly clean these keyboards. I am ashamed to be a Royal Bank customer

Impossible to connect with services (by telephone) unless you have a client card or credit/debit card # . . . . Even if you're currently a new client & wouldn't have any of that. Can't even get through to the local branch without the same automated system interfering.I'm just looking for info about where I need to make an appt to close an account.

Absolutely terrible banking experience. First off, they almost gave my appointment to a walk in. RBC just seems to be incompetence every step of the chain, and if you book an appointment for in person, expect it to be a teleconference because the inperson knows so very little. They also do not have a complaints department, so any issues will basically be lost in the unorganized chaos that is RBC.I'm trying to deal with my father's estate after his passing, and every single person I have had the displeasure of dealing with has been completely incompetent. My most recent experience they tried to mark another person as deceased even AFTER I gave them my father's estate account number. Then the estate department that we had to call into didn't understand what my lawyer requested from the estate department to deal with my father's estate. My lawyer has sent several packages requesting Information and requesting communication, as well as providing information and all attempts have been returned to my lawyer's office. most of the information offered is items the bank has requested themselves!Today I tried to contact the actual branch so I may contact a specific agent, and their automatic phone system made it completely impossible. Finally I just attempted to contact the estate department, and the poor women who had to deal with me had no idea what was going on, was unable to connect me to the branch, or agent, and could not understand I needed to book an appointment with the branch so they may physically receive my estate information. At the end of the interaction I requested to speak to a complaints department, and surprise surprise, they have none, and I was just supposed to tell the agent my complaints and hope it makes it to a supervisor.Again. Completely unimpressive experience.
