So i called around 6:55pm and store supposed to close at 7pm. A girl picked my call and she was very rude. She needs to learn that first rule of customer service job is to be polite. Also the what they said during new purchase is very different than what actually is???

This was my first time working in Canada. This was my first phone card. But the clerk didn't tell me about the high opening fee. I was very angry until I received the bill of more than $120 for the first month. I felt cheated. I had just started working and didn't have much money. This hurt me a lot.

"I couldn’t care less about the temperature of the place compared to the lack of tact, rudeness, and bad attitude throughout the entire situation with that person."
"Very interested in some Rogers products, I visited the store today and was extremely disappointed with the terrible service I received from Dwhani. From the moment I entered, she maintained a terrible attitude, as if annoyed. She was very rude, condescending, and hostile. On top of that, the store's temperature was stifling, and when I commented on it, she simply ignored me. At one point, she asked for my SIN number, which is extremely risky and prone to fraud. Again, with a condescending smile, she said there was no manager I could address my complaint to. I feel sorry for Canadian companies that risk their image and reputation with poorly trained staff. I’m giving one star only because leaving zero isn’t an option.
