Stores clean and stuffs easy to find, but I don’t shop at save on often and was just stopping in to grab something quickly for my mom. The sale price didn’t come up so I just quickly asked the self checkout attendant why it wasn’t and he was very rude about how I had to scan my rewards card for the sale. Sorry but that’s unacceptable as I asked a simple question, and you can’t expect people to know that you have to scan the rewards card for sale as not everyone often shops at the store. He was a dick.

I have been coming to this store for ten years since I have moved to spruce grove. Tonight will be the last time I spend my money here. I was waiting in line to check out my food. There was a man in front of me waiting todo the same but had his friend go back and get more food. With only three items at the till and I only had three items to pay for, I asked him if it would be ok if I went first while he waited for his friend to come back. Two people standing doing nothing at customer service and one person at the till with two more people behind me. Trying to make up time for the lack of attention from the two standing at the service desk I thought that would only make sense. According to the blond haired girl who had no work ethic and is about as rude as they come I should be more empathetic to her getting paid to do nothing. She grabbed my food like a total lunatic, mumbled foul language under breath went to another till slammed my bread on the desk and tried ringing it through. At this point it was just funny to me to see a person throw a fit for having to work for a living. She ran her mouth about how we should all learn to be more patient…. I guess I’m in the wrong but I’ll be happy to take my impatient attitude elsewhere. Ps to the rest of the staff who put in a good days work..happy thanksgiving.

Just have to say I love shopping here! Everyone is so friendly all the time it’s such a difference from other places. But the real reason I wanted to write this review is because I had an incredible experience just a few days ago when I bought a few items that were on sale, but I got charged full price. I made a quick phone call. The woman was absolutely incredible, handled everything and got my refund no problem such an amazing experience.

Prices are too high, customer beside me had fruit at the checkout stand, seen the price, told cashier to remove it and returned the item. People can barley afford to feed their family healthy food, this was not a luxury item. Seriously lower your prices! Enough is enough!!! Other chain grocery stores have lower prices for the same items. STOP CORPORATE GREED!

Security needs to stop following people who just have bags with them. It’s encouraged nowadays to bring your own reusable bags. It’s uncomfortable being followed and it’s just driving people away from going back to the store. I get it that people steal but this has happened multiple times already to my fiancée and being labeled as a potential thief is just a very unwelcoming feeling.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Sean miller he was doing stock and could clearly see I was looking for something. He politely asked if he could help me find anything or if I was looking for something in particular. I was and he stopped what he was doing and helped me look, found the location and it turns out the store was out of stock lol. Thank you Sean for being so observant and recognizing I was struggling. You really made my day.

Much better than the other big chain stores in that it's open and welcoming, unlike others that seem to treat you like a criminal by just coming in with excessive security gates every where, locked up displays and more.

Spruce Grove store. Today my husband and went there to purchase our groceries on a Saturday. When we got to the tills to checkout there was only 1 clerk on with 5 people lined up all with carts full of groceries. Instead of calling for another clerk to come on she said we would just have to wait! We then went to self serve which was a nightmare! When I shop at the most expensive store in the area, I expect some service which there is none! This isn’t the first time it happened but this going to be the last as we will not be shopping there ever again.
