After paying 60.00 for gas, I required 3 pounds of air in one tire. 2.00 for 3 pounds of air? Are you kidding me? I will fill at highway location that has free air.

Poor quality pump screens that no one can see/read in the sunlight. Had to go in to pay and when I got bach to the pump it wouldn't work. Attendants voice came over intercom asking me to come back in for card time out . I asked if I was charged since the pump didn't run they said no just come back in to run the card again. I said no. I'll go and try a pump at another gas station and left. Other people gaming up heard my intercom conversation and agreed. I'll vote with my dollars at another station.

Seems like maybe new owners. Half the card scans don’t work and the squeegees are terrible shape. It is convenient when you’re on the highway although for the poor quality, I’ll have to support a new shell.

For some reason this shell always charges for gas than the other 3 in the city. 9 cents more? Price gouging.

Stay away! Worst gas station in ALL of parkland county. They REFUSE CASH and have terrible attitudes. Take your business elsewhere!

I consistently have fantastic experiences at Shell! The app is a game-changer – it's incredibly convenient and functions flawlessly. Even when I encountered a hiccup with the app at the car wash, the in-store staff promptly assisted me quickly. Plus, the AMA discount is a nice bonus! I highly recommend it.

Tried to make a purchase, about 2 AM. Maybe not 24 hours lol waited outside for 10 minutes, tried calling the store. Banging on the windows. Nobody ever came.

Avoid if possible they have the slowest pumps the slowest transaction times just the slowest experience of any gas station I've ever been at the pumps are old and they're interact System is using dial-up

Came this morning on my way back into the city for gas and decided to wash my car with most expensive wash option as it had been about a week since my last one in Allard south edmonton. Went through the wash and continued my drive home to south edmonton. Roads were dry and there weren't any bugs on the 20 min drive around 7am. Got home, went in garage to get my tire shine and when I was about to apply it I noticed my car was filthy and it's like I didn't even go through the wash. Bugs all over the front, dirt all over the entire vehicle. Literally looks the same as before the wash which wasn't terribly dirty or anything, just bugs and rain water dirt spots this past week. Inside the wash I saw the soap, heard the water so never thought to get out and check after. Guess I'll get out and check before leaving in the future like I used to do at Essos all the time as it was always hit or miss for their wash but this is the first time I've had the same dirt on my vehicle after a wash, and the first time at a shell where the car wasn't shiny and clean afterwards which is why i dont bother to check anymore. Essos problem for me was that it used to be soap or wax residues left on the vehicle sometimes which left an oil slick looking film. This shell I stopped at today is ridiculous and not trying to be dramtic here but I legit feel ripped off. I don't know if the soap is diluted or the water pressure isn't high enough because I've never had this problem at any touchless wash, ever and this is the first issue I've ever had at a shell touchless wash which is all I've used for several years now but this station was the first time I came here. Definitely won't use this one again. Horribly useless is a good description for it.
Fine for gas but I definitely would avoid the car wash unless you like disappointment.

Worst gas station I've ever been in. Too many reasons why to list. Read the reviews, as they explain all the problems associated with this place.Get your act together Shell. Clearly there is an issue with your costs and generally in how this place is managed.

Tried to use the car wash today but couldn't get the 'Green' light to open the door. I got a green tick on the app but the door didn't open. The app said I could request a code and enter it manually, I did that but it still wouldn't open. Luckily there wasn't a vehicle behind me so i could reverse out. The was a tanker off loading fuel at the time close to the car wash exit maybe the car wash had been shut down during the off loading. If that's the case they should have put up a sign.

This place is a complete waste of time, car wash is broken more often then it's not. Staff is nice, but phone ahead if you're after a carwash as chances are it's out of service for some reason.
