I was 10 days away from being able to see my doctor and debating on going to the hospital for a prescription. Called Jake and he wrote me a prescription for my back injury and it helped me substantially. I don’t live in spruce grove anymore however when I did they were always quick to answer my questions and fill my prescriptions even on short notice. Now that I live in Edmonton my doctors office is still next door to them and they have always gone above and beyond to help me. They take the time to get to know you personally and I really appreciate that. I have not had the same experience with pharmacies here in Edmonton. I will make the drive to spruce grove their team is worth it please check them out you will not be disappointed

Great pharmacy with great hrs...and great staff! They are willing to go that extra mile to accomodate you! One phone call and your prescriptions are ready when you get there.

This pharmacy doesn't deserve 1 star. I called to ask a general question- how does one get Champix at no cost in Alberta? I was told I would need a prescription because I wasn't "their" client. That wasn't answering the question, but I realized I wouldn't be shopping at this pharmacy.

I'm long overdue for leaving these fine folks a review! I used to use Superstore pharmacy while shopping but always found the turnaround time really lacking. Finished shopping and waiting another 30 min minimum to get Rx filled. Or call it in for a renewal days out and still seem to be waiting at the finish line. My doctor now sends over orders to these folks directly and they always call me promptly to let me know my order has been picked. Even with walk-in, I've never had to kill more than 10-15 minutes at the very most. Staff is always super happy, pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. I haven't been able to stump them with any questions yet. Seriously, give these folks a try if you haven't. This is what a pharmacy experience should be!
