I had an awesome experience with Ed on December 26. 2025. He made sure I had the right snow blower and spent almost 45 minutes looking for the batteries as it was the last model in the store. Yes it was a long wait but he didn't give up. He couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I just love the staff at this location
