“The best Thrift Store for many reasons; the top one for me is knowing when I purchase or donate here I know exactly where the money is going, it's posted on the wall! The majority of the money stays within Parkland County with a tiny bit donated to other registered Canadian charities. It's mainly volunteer run (they're pleasant and knowledgeable), a very clean store, they're always filling the racks and shelves with new items, it's well priced (remember they must pay for utilities and sometimes launder the clothing prior to them being displayed), I too miss the books (I understand they didn't bring them back as people aren't discriminate enough when donating), I could go on :) The opening hours changed awhile back; please remember that this store is mainly volunteer run. As far as a child needing a washroom, there is a business nearby that I think would have taken care of that; possibly the staff washroom isn't conveniently located, besides there is a sign stating no washroom available.”

“I think it's ridiculous there is no longer change rooms. Now you have to buy the clothing and if it doesn't fit you can't return them, only exchange.”
