I prefer to shop at locally owned stores, and as a general rule of thumb they’re lower volume and highly personable, yet not a pushy sales person above all else.Well that’s Trudy at Warm-it M. D. in the Grove, she painstakingly answered all my questions and let me think about it in the store.When I said I would need some time to consider, ‘but because she was so very helpful I will come back there to make my purchase’. I watched her reaction closely and she didn’t hesitate a second to say ‘you’re welcome to whenever you want sir’.I did return, and I was all set to say ‘hey remember me, well I came back’…..however it was her employee and he was quite proficient he had her on speaker phone, and I got to say it after all, lol.Trudy told him which mattress I was a pain in her rear previously for an hour. He was right on it letting me lay on the sample, and for a Millennial he impressed me.Just joking, but kinda not as he renewed my faith in that generation to which I have to say, I had little. I received as good a deal as any online for a quality mattress-of course I checked for weeks afterwards, lol.Just pop by there and buy a mink blanket at the very least like I did.
