Workers are too lazy to keep the hot food stocked. Been here 3 separate times they never have any chicken, wedges or wings.

Absolutely useless tell me they messed up order but nothing they can do person working was a waste of time to horrible customer service read the order next time maybe more then once and if you mess up fix it! Close but not all hear like I said

This 7-11 store includes ESSO Gasoline Station, corner store, and automatic car Washer. The store is Conveniently located in the busy 97 Street. The staff all shifts are friendly and caring. The automatic car washer sometimes doesn't properly clean the car leaving it partially clean.

Rude employee. Doors were locked which is surprising for 711. When she finally came to door she asked if i needed somthing(….?) like obviously, why else would i be at 711😭🥸 she started yelling at me at which point im not dealing with this, ill just drive 10 mins to the next location.
Not sure who pissed in her cerial but i hope her day gets better.

The chubby white guy who prepared and served my food is possibly the nicest cashier in all 7 elevens I've come across with in ALL of Alberta. The store was very clean, and the food was freshly cooked. I just came from the hospital for an injury that night and to be served like that was an absolute treat!

Best 711 in St. Albert. Other locations are very dishonest. This one never had a problem, ever. Good customer service too!

This morning around 530 I brought my son in to get some snacks and water for a camp trip at school. I walked in and said good morning to a miserable young man mopping the floor. He rolled his eyes and huffed at me. Rude I thought… so we get our purchases and went to check out where he then continued to be beyond rude and instead of using his words just hit the pos machines to indicate I had to use a different machine. When I went to use tap on the wrong machine he snapped at me then hit the credit card machine again. So I definitely snapped back. This young man should be written up. Not fired but he needs to learn a lesson and maybe be couched by his manager and reminded he is in the customer service industry and if he can’t fake a smile and do what’s required of his job then maybe he should quite and fine one more suitable to his anger issues.

I come here on and off. Never had any issues. I came here Dec 25 in a hurry going to work and was quite excited they had Tim Hortons coffee, the two young men working around 10:35pm were very kind and very sweet! They greeted me as I came in, they seemed to be content even though they were working on Christmas Day. I was very impressed with them! I wish those two all the best :)
