Ordered from skip the dishes, Confirmed order at 1:50Am, order was not done till 2:50Am. The lady was rude to the skip the dishes worker, we called for update on our order and she picked up and hung up on us. Terrible customer service. I go to the store often daily to be exact the staff you’re always friendly, pleasant and very helpful. My favourite one is Bev. She’s always happy, cheerful and ready to answer any questions. The store is always really clean the bathrooms clean and everything is well stocked always a great experience.

Went there and the lady working was literally wearing pajama pants and a sweater no uniform at all with no name tag or nothing had no clue she worked there, I asked to have a key to use the washroom then she said there is no key and someone is probably in there which wasn’t true at all

FRAUD ALERT — This location double charged me when I prepaid for fuel. Have been fighting with them for over a month now and owner takes no accountability and does not call you back. AVOID THIS LOCATION, THEY WILL SCAM YOU! Next step will be filing a police report.

upon coming in to the store the cashier was sitting and on her phone. when i went to go pay for a phone cable the cashier said nothing to me. after when i had paid she said nothing again. over all the experience was not great. i also used the washroom and the sink was disgusting and the door was filthy.

I feel bad for the single staff member working. It's amazing that 7-11 hires staff with special needs, but he shouldn't be left alone in the store without support.

First off, got charged for a pizza that wasn't even in stock. How hard is it to know the stock. I paid 15.75. I got 15$ in change back. She proceeded to help the other customer. I said um excuse me you owe me 75 cents. She's like oh you want all the money back as if was an option?? How many times does she do this to other people?? She then pointed at my receipt tons and said why she did it. But what she was saying made absolutely no sense. I paid 17.09 for a drink and pizza. Pizza was 15 75 . She was saying my drink was 75 cents and that's why I got 15... a kid in kindergarten could figure out the math for Christ sake. I know I caught her cause then she gave me 1$ back instead of 75 cents as if the extra 25 cents missing from her til now isn't a problem cause it's already over so much from her not giving back full change. 711 you lost a loyal longtime customer, and I'm fro Winnipeg. That location is sickening!

FRAUD ALERT!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!This establishment will not honour their own posted prices in store. They will enter a custom product number and a custom price (we're talking dollars more, not a few cents).I was able to prove their error in hopes that it was an honest mistake with an honest solution. No. They REFUSED to give me any money back and the manager actually refused to talk to me - said she was too busy "doing stuff out back".Please consider yourself warned - if you shop here, know the prices you're paying before you hand over your hard earned money. ?

If they are going to offer skip the dishes then they should be making sure the right and all items make it into the bag. And when you call to ask about it the sassy chick on the phone should chill have some better customer service well handling a situation.

I have never been to a 7-11 where they didn’t have a single hot food item on display to order. It is 11 am on a Saturday and nothing hot to order. No bags for the donuts. Hard to believe ownership or staff care. I call this a one and done, never going back location.
