Amazing customer service!! Wassim was incredibly kind, helpful and quick to give me a helping hand. I came in stressed with an entire gallon of paint spilled in my vehicle. He was quick to help, was hands on and helped me clean it quickly. Thank you so much!!

Went to Alpine on a Saturday evening to use the wand wash and vacuum.
It was by far the worst wand wash in St.Albert. My car wasn’t very dirty, just dusty and need of a rinse.
I used the pre-wash, soap (not the brush) and rinse options. The pre-wash was useless, there was very little soap that came out of the wand and the rinse was just okay.
The vacuum did not have great suction at all and we had to press down quite hard for it to actually vacuum anything up.
Wouldn’t go back.

The place needs maintenance....low water pressure and the brushes are complete garbage.... Do better

Harassed for using some paper towel from the bathroom, as if it was absolutely unacceptable! Dont know what to say, maybe he did it cuz I was the only one in there on a rainy day and felt like hating on someone, Appalled. Thank for at least helping a girl see out of her windshield friend 😕

I was panicked looking for a reasonable place that could get me in ASAP ,To detail my suv for my mom’s funeral on friday. Husain was AMAZING, he got me in around my hectic schedule , when i picked it up today it looks cleaner than when it was new ! I was also impressed that despite the embarassing state of my vehicle, there was no additional charge to his quote. I DEFIANTLY would recommend,and wouldn't hesitate To go back. I called around alot before coming here, everyone I called was super expensive for a in depth detail. Was a bit skeptical when Alpine gave me their way cheaper cost but I'll tell you what.. they did an astonishing job, I brought them a really dirty car and they gave me back a car that I could swear just came off the assembly line. 10 stars

Been here a few times, clean bays, easy to use machines and no issues....keep in mind all machines require at least $2 in change to get started. But MC/V/debit are also options.

First and only time using Alpine.$1/minute seems ridiculous to me for a wand wash… had to basically sprint while washing my van and still came to $10…. Might as well use the touch less wash at that point!

Did the wand wash. Good price ($1 per minute and paid via credit card) and they have Streak Free Rinse available as an option.
