Dropped in for a new watch battery and a link taken out of it. Was told about 10min and it was done faster than that. Customer service was excellent with every customer i saw come in in that time. Pricing was also good. I will definitely return here for any jewelry servicing i need.

Cannot even express how impressed and grateful I am for the work done. After a previous jeweler messed up my engagement ring and destabilizing the centre stone, AmberLane was able to reset my diamond, repair and extend the claw to add security to my diamond. The claws do not obstruct the view of the diamond, so it still sparkles wide and bright. Plus, all the diamonds were cleaned and polished. Took about 4 days before it was ready, and the cherry on the cake is how affordable the service is and how kind the staff are.
