First time at this clinic ,St. Albert location I was lucky to get a same day appointment while MIC the closest was Sep. and Insight was On Oct. I did 3 Ultrasound and the technician was friendly and professional.

Had ultrasounds a number of times here throughout pregnancy. Staff is always professional and welcoming. I've never had to wait long for my appointment. Seems that they follow procedure and the building is orderly, clean, and quiet. Unable to see the screen during the ultrasounds but the tech has always given me a glimpse at the end of the appointment. No complaints.

Did not like the set up having to undress behind a curtain that didn't quite reach to the edges of the change room, that opened to the main hallway where patients walk by. The technician did not close the door all the way during the ultrasound and wouldn't let me dress in the room. I had to hobble to the bathroom. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. I will not be back.

Having your first child is an exciting, scary, and uncertain time in someone's life and no pregnancy is guaranteed to come to term. In addition, having an ultrasound is a somewhat invasive and intimate experience for the patient.Despite this: the technician provided no semblance of caring for the patient, no personal connection, no feedback, and no information with respect to the ultrasound results.If you care at all about receiving clear information and a caring experience: skip this place and go to the MIC women's clinic on the north side.

The staff booking the appointments needs to get with the program. My husband was 12 minutes early for 7:30 appointment and was rudely told he was late. Not happy.

Went here for my 7 week ultrasound the lady at the front desk was super helpful but was hard to understand the ultrasound technician.

Went there for an ultrasound after recommendation from my Doctor. Routine. Were on time. Nothing special just the procedure done as expected.

The receptionist sounds like fifteen year old with a BIG attitude problem. If I am telling you I only want to book at a different location, and am kindly trying to end the conversation, yet you continue to try and push me to your location, you might want to take the hint. Cutting me off with "okay, byeeeee", is a really nice cherry on top as well.

I went there after I had my first child for an ultrasound. They were friendly at the time, had no issues with rudeness. Got in super quick as well .
