Went in this afternoon to make a purchase. The girl at the cash was having an issue with pricing and I was the 3rd person in line. After waiting 10 mins and seeing two other employees/managers just walk by the other registers I had to leave. Please help employees and help ring out patrons quickly!

There seems to be changes happening, I felt so comfortable and welcomed, employees and management provided excellent customer servies and I can see that continuing to get better! The new manager ensures everyone is comfortable a and safe while shopping and giving the best leadership skills to her employees, totally different experience than the last time! Will definitely be back soon!

Always come here and check things out, most of the time I buy dresses here but last time I came I bought 2 belts for a reasonable price they were on sale buy one get one half off kinda deal

Please see the bad reviews on Indeed and Glassdoor regarding the manager of store #407, who treated employees with disrespect, racism, and rudeness. Using dirty language to comment on clients is highly unprofessional and creates a hostile work environment that is detrimental to employees' well-being.The manager also accused sick employees of lying and pressured them to pay $40 for sick notes. Furthermore, changing their shift a few hours before expecting them to show up on time, despite she only give them a few hours per week and many of the girls are still in school. The lack of empathy towards employees' health is concerning.It's unfortunate that the store setting is beautiful while the work environment is toxic due to unacceptable managerial behavior. No employee should have to endure such treatment in the workplace. I hope that the district manager or headquarters takes appropriate action to address this issue.

I’m not sure if it’s the company or employees but this location has to have hired the dumbest people in the world to push buttons on a cash register. 4 times they have messed up the simple task of giving me money back on returns and putting the right items on the receipt to start. Horrible staff never going here again

Quality us good prices are responsible.I can't alway find the Rose and Vine bras I like in stock but that is "the norm" in most Central AB stores.

Return policy sucks. My daughter received some clothes from her grandma that didnt fit. We didn't have the right gift receipt all tags still attached and they don't even offer in store credit.
