Went by cash machine at 6 A.M. Sunday morning. Outside machine cash withdrawal grayed out. (Assuuming out of money). Went inside to use indoor cash machine. Only $50 and $100 bills available. TIP:MAYBE FILL UP CASH MACHINES BEFORE LEAVING AT 4 P.M. ON SATURDAY.

Over the past several months, my partner and I have been working with Tara in restructuring our finances and helping build a stronger foundation.
Tara is very intelligent and has proven herself time and time again. She has always been responsive and shows great empathy. Tara has and will walk you through the steps and explain everything as you go. What I personally like about her, besides her excellent communication skills, is she will get right to the point and not fluff or push anything onto you.
ATB is very lucky to have her on their team, she is able to be what all advisors strive to be. She follows the C.A.R.E to the highest standard. Communication, Attitude, Responsiveness and Empathy.
I look forward to continuing working with her and the rest of her team at ATB.

One person at the till only at all times on a Saturday, they should be open at 930am instead of 10am. Usually takes 15 to 20min to be in and out of this location you are warned if you are on a time line .

a bit ago i went to this branch of ATB, my usual branch is the one up by Walmart which i’ve never had any issues with btw. i went in to get a new card as mine was lost. the lady i had gotten wasn’t very friendly first off, then as the week went by i was noticing my old card attached to my phone (apple pay) was still working which was the first sign i knew something was wrong. when i switched the card on my phone it was connecting to someone else’s bank account, luckily i didn’t purchase anything yet with that card. anyway, there was some sort of an error and i had access to someone else’s card information. i went back and got things figured out but as i mentioned what about the other person whose account was affected, they just canceled it and said “oh they will notice and come back in” as if they weren’t going to let them know what had happened.

I had a great experience with Sunny Ch. that works at the Tudor Glenn location as an advisor. He walked me through my various options for getting a loan and a line of credit and was able to easily get things approved. He was professional and personable and communicated quickly throughout the process. 10/10 recommend.

For our company account, I used to visit the bank frequently in the past—roughly three to four times every week. My experience with the staff's customer service was outstanding and unmatched. The manager and her crew are exceptional at carrying out their tasks and offering support in a warm manner. Salma, Natalie, and sunny deserve special recognition for their excellent service, but the entire crew is amazing.

In the past, I would go to the Bank on a regular basis, roughly three to four times per week for our business account. The quality of customer service I received from the staff was exceptional and unlike any other. The manager and her team are unparalleled in executing their duties and providing assistance with such friendliness. I would like to give a special mention to Salma, Natalie and Rasheeda for their outstanding service, but truthfully the entire team is incredible.
