What a great find! Just moved to St. Albert and so excited to find this beautiful shop. Local, trendy, nice staff. The dressing rooms are accessible and the store is easy to maneuver with a walking aid.
Top of my list for updating my wardrobe! See you again soon!

I have bought jacket final sale I knew can not return but I have never thought I will return that jacket but unfortunately when I try it at home not comfortable then I went there to ask for return or exchange but lady said I can exchange then I go to look for another dress after I found a new one to exchange she told can not exchange that is the policy what kind of policy even change can not she final sale end of conversation nothing can help me so end up bought that dress can not wear it I kind of waste my money over 120 over Very very bad policy and stuff don't want to help you at all after you get paid. I will never ever go there again .

I most enjoy shopping at the St. Albert location. The store is always well organized and the staff very friendly and attentive. It’s so nice to have a local store for ladies stylish clothing. Most of the brands are well made and very fashionable.

BEWARE BEWARE ✋ - they do not standby their garments. I called when it did not stand up to standards and they said, “It is not a manufactures defect”. - end of discussion. I just wanted them to replace the article, not refund the money.

This store is great if you know exactly what you are looking for. The sales people can be very helpful.But if you walk in just to take a look I feel their eyes on me.I realize they may not be able to see all parts of the store from the cash but there has to be a way to overcome that without customers feeling uncomfortable and not trusted.

I was in here just a few days ago and was greeted by a very young woman who worked there. She asked if I was looking for anything in particular and I said no I’m just browsing. She then came up to me about one minute later and asked what I’m looking for today. I replied I’m just looking at what’s new. Then about a minute and a half later she asked if I’m looking for something for an occasion. I almost turned around and walked out at that point. I get there was no one else in the store and the staff were bored but seriously do you need to ask the same question three times in about two and a half minutes!? They do have nice stuff but it shouldn’t be such a pain to shop here!!
