I found Nadia the assistant Manger to be very helpful and went beyond her duty to help solve my issues and in a timely manner as well I would definitely recommend this bank.

I see, others are having similar issues... Two stars and I'm being VERY generous.The lines are long, the waiting time is BAD.The staff needs a LOT more training. Where do they hire these people from?

A 1 star is being generous for this place. Nothing but mistake after mistake. Even after they say the problem has been resolved it really isn't and you have to go through the same thing again and again. I've already cut all ties with BMO and as soon as my mortgage is up for renewal I'll be going elsewhere. I've never seen a place with such incompetent staff.

I lost $3000 last May 2023 out of my account with BMO Mission Hill. It was fradulantly taken from our account by using the number on my debit card. This bank did nothing to assist us…..,,said how unfortunate it was for us and they are so sorry. They should (maybe have … but never enacted for us, insurance to cover this. We are just sol! Very disappointed (and out of $$$$)******Need more tellers also as there are usually long lines (with 2 tellers only working!)Not happy customers right now!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes now waiting for A ROLL OF TWONIES. Lots of people behind the glass doors trying to take more money in but bank tellers must have very high salaries if a bank making $millions in profit can't manage a third teller to deal with the queue going out the door on a weekday afternoon. Pathetic.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Set up and appointment to add a child to an RESP. The person managing the appointment continuously spewed and coughed into the open air without washing his hands, covering his mouth or even offering a mask. I immediately removed my children from the room the second I realized this disgusting creature was actually sick and not just choking on his lunch but it was too late. I’m now sitting here with a sick toddler and infant. The manager also completely ignored my complaint about the same.This branch is a literal cesspool. Most especially do not come here for anything involving your children.

Waiting in line, just to hear the teller and customer talk about their dogs. If you want fast service, this is not the bank to come to. This is the second time l’ve had to leave, because of slow service. My fault, you think I would of learned the first time!

Machine took 100$ from me when I called I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I had to contact support they told me it could be up to 15 days for a investigation. Hopefully I get my money back...

I came to this branch for a money order, but I ended up getting a money order and overdraft protection. I reside in BC but came to St. Albert for business. All these years, bank tellers asked me, 'Do you want an overdraft?' Obviously, I said no because I've never gone that low. However, there is a guy, whose name I don't know, but he seems Indian or Latino with pretty good height. He explained to me exactly what overdraft protection is, and the way he convinced me was outstanding. I've been in sales for more than 25 years and never seen such an amazing guy with such convincing talk and I just got the overdraft.
