The worst staff I have ever seen. Couple days ago, I went to get some nuts here, the lady was really rude. She was carrying a vacuum in her hands and then she touched the nuts.. seriously..!! Be try unhygienic.
I would give them zero stars. They don’t deserve any positive feedback.

This place is great for spices that you can buy in large or small quantities. Super assortment of grains, flours, nuts, candy. Senior discount on Wednesday. You can bring your own clean bottles to fill. Of course empty bottles must be weighed first.

Excellent customer service and very caring about helping customers who have mobility difficulties. The young man who is, I think, the shift manager, although not sure, is great.

Pretty good, but was funny to watch the cashier running back and forth to get the number off the bins for everyone's stuff that was unmarked; I'd been wondering how it was supposed to work with just regular twist ties and no pens or pencils out. I had a Sharpie on me so no problem. Waiting for the cashier to check all the individual bags was REALLY slowing the line down, though. You wouldn't think that would be rocket science at a bulk store, but ?

Oh man. These fine folks helped me with an extreme challenge. My daughter had asked to make a 3 tiered upside down cake... and I'm the kinda baker that has cakes just randomly seperate on me like I'm Moses and the cake is the Red Sea.The team was super friendly, working really hard to keep the store clean, and huge cheer leaders for me to boost my confidence.Realized now that fondant would have been better... But it also doesn't taste as near as good as the buttercream icing that Bulk Barn has (and I should have gotten one more tub lol). But overall, it turned out well enough to make an 8 year old girl very happy on her big day.Thanks Bulk Barn crew! ♥️And in true Nailed It! fashion, the pics of what I was supposed to make, vs what I ended up with.
