Absolutely blown away by the service here over the holidays. One of the guys working today just provided the best service I've received anywhere this December. They're working very hard at the desk and keeping the line moving fast. I believe his name may be Azaz, as listed on my receipt. Thanks for everything

On their website and in-store it says they are open from 10AM-6PM however they have a sign up front that says they are closed from 3PM-5PM so their real hours are 10AM-3PM then 5PM-6PM.Avoid having your mail delivered here at all costs. Extremely inconvenient place.

Not open when they say that it is open! Regardless of it being a weekend or a holiday, it should reflect that in their online presence.

Took my package out for delivery than gave me a sticker to get it at the post office. It wasn't there and I was told to come back the day after. So...? Why not just leave it at the post office? Why bring it for a ride if ur jsut gunna give the sticker? Waste of time.

Ordered an Amazon package and had it delivered to this post office for pick up. Upon receiving a delivery email, I went in to pick up the order. The teller looked in the back for me, came back and said "It's not here." I reply, telling her about my delivery email. She said "I know what it says, it's not here." Gave me a number to call before picking up the next to confirm it was there.The next day I called and she said it still wasn't there. I asked her to check for the tracking number, as she kept looking for my address, which it wouldn't show up under since it wasn't going to to my house. "No." she said. So I HAD TO CALL UP CANADA POST, and got a delivery notice number. When I came back and handed her the number she gave me a look that I didn't appreciate, went in the back, and got my package. Without an apology or anything. An unpleasant experience and I will not be going back to the post office at that location.....

I’ve been here many times. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I’ve sent and received international shipments, and I’ve never had an issue.

Closed earlier then posted, due to staffing shortages. Maybe hire more staff and keep to the hours Canada post sets for outlets to be open!

Went to pick up a package, but it was closed due to a technical issue?? No further explanation and staff ignore you. Nothing was posted on their store website or Canada post website. I have the paper notice, and you have a number system, so you should at least be able to find my physical package. Within Canada Post policy, there should be a backup plan for what happens when the computer stops working. Are we never going to pick up our package if we have a power outage? What poor communication. ????

This location returned my parcel sent to my family in Cuba by shipping it back to my house. No reason was indicated for the return. When I tried to inquire why at a different post office, they directed me to call customer service. The service agent said something about Cuba not accepting foodstuff. Clearly, whoever made the decision to reject the parcel at this location was not informed that industrially packed items and conserved foods are allowed. This almost cost me $65.00. Thankfully, Customer service helped me. Would not use this location again.

Second time I’ve used this outlet, very efficient with the ability to be pleasant. Joy and her trainer you both could teach some of the other outlets about smiling and being nice to their customers. Thank you for being no stress and very courteous.JP
