“If I could leave 6 out of 5 stars, I would - Ivan went above and beyond for me. They did excellent work, and recommended some better, cheaper ways of doing the repairs than my insurance adjuster had come up with, including flawless paint colour matching, which my insurance was pushing to do completely separately. Ivan also personally spent 2h doing tedious wiring work to fix a faulty door lock I had mentioned - unrelated to my collision damages - for free.Ivan is willing to fight for his customers' best interests, even when that costs him some profit. In my case it was apparent that my repair & claim would barely break even, with the cost-saving measures he himself recommended, but he still went out of his way to always talk and explain things, and deliver top-quality work. When we would talk, it was also clear how he does well by his staff, too.I was so so impressed by Ivan's integrity - the complete opposite of one of those bigger flashy shops who are just out to get a bigger paycheck. 110% recommended for anyone wanting honest, caring work, he deserves a ton of business and good karma. “Woke up to a nail in my front tire today. That was the first time I've ever changed a tire myself, and these guys patched it up and swapped it back on in less than an hour. I drove over here on my spare after 2 other places turned me away, as they were fully booked. The thickness was incorrect upon pick up, but when we spoke with the gentleman at progressive glass, he was willing to fix this problem and recut the glass into the thickness we needed. “Came in for a front windshield replacement and had talked about possibly getting the rear glass done as well since my trunk didn't open. When I came back later in the day my trunk latch was fixed and my front right headlight was polished so it wasn't as weathered. Kim and Warren did a fantastic job and couldn't have asked for better service.”
