“Over the years I had maybe 4 windshields done here. Cars and SUVs. The name for this location shall be "quality glass" actually. The work was always done PERFECT. I know - I do everything on my cars myself except recent years outsource windshields. I am also writing this review to warn you - customer about their (chain) website - you can book online but make sure you scroll all the way down to press confirm button. It is hidden... If you do not do that (and receive confirmation email) you will happily arrive on the appointment and will not be found in their system ! Another thing - if you receive review invite please give them thumbs up - most people not bother if everything was fine. Also there is one very confusing question - "have you been offered all options?" - like what "scrape my car?" - if you answer NO (natural answer) the corporate will give them like 50% ! So - a very good service location will be undervalued due to poorly designed corporate survey...? I have learned about this purely randomly while researching some totally different matter. So I guess always say "yes" there...”

Wether you need a inspection or parts these guys will do it at a amazing price I believe this is the last place in edmonton when it comes to feeling like family. Ive been coming here for numerous years for all my automotive needs and never felt like i was getting ripped off unlike other places in town where you are just a number in their system. “My car was broken into by smashing the front passenger window. Crackmaster's quote was less than half that of other shops. They stored my vehicle inside overnight. The part came in early and they had me back in my car within 24 hours of it arriving at their shop. There was no pressure to get other jobs done, there were no surprise charges. I will be choosing this location to replace my windshield in the future and will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!”
