Clean, Friendly and Inviting. Other places have glass and cubicles between people. This feels and looks professional and more open to conversation and relationships

Horrible service, will never go here again. They took a payment from us knowing they had set up a pre-authorized payment for the same day we agreed to come into the store and pay. As we were walking out the lady yelled out for us to go make a stop payment on the pre-authorized payment that they didn't even tell us about till that moment. We went to talk to our bank to find out that it's to late to put a stop the payment. We let them know that it was to late and we need to put the money that we payed them already back into our account so we don't get a NSF fee and so our car payment can still come out but according to them there is nothing that can be done. Like how is it okay to screw someones account over that bad and just be okay with it? Then they told us the extra money they end up taking will just be a credit applied to the next loan we make... Umm hello we have bills to pay, two kids to feed and who's to say we want to make another loan? It was very unfair and just terrible service. They clearly are just looking to make extra money off people by double charging them and then saying there is nothing they can do about it. I would be embarrassed to have any part in working/owning this company. If you can't make customers happy then you are going to lose customers. We never did anything wrong for this to happen, we kept in contact with them and set up a payment date and followed through. We easily could have just not payed them back and let it go but no we had to go pay them then get screwed over big time!! What a terrible thing to do to loyal customers. If i could give them negative stars i so would! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
