Me and my kids always go to this Chapters because we love the staff! They are the reason we buy books in store and not on Amazon. There have been numerous times me and my teens have gone in not knowing what we want and a staff member will swoop in and help us. My daughter calls them the book genies because they seem to magically appear right when you need them.

I recently went to the St. Albert Chapters to look for a specific children's book that was only available in-store. I had just been to 2 other Edmonton locations, (where I couldn't get anyone to help me,) so I was super frustrated and tired of driving around. I found an associate here named Stewart who was so amazing... he was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered to help without even being asked. He checked for stock at other stores, and made sure to call over and put one on hold for me. It's SO nice to find some good old-fashioned customer service, and just good people. Thanks Stewart!!

I love this Chapters store. Knowledgable staff, friendly service, large selection of books and magazines, well organized, clean, discounted table and lots of other things to buy. I love how they added two tables for “books of TikTok” it made it super convenient when I go buy my daughter books.
