Much belated shout out to employee Justin, in latter part of August he calmly & repeatedly gave a distressed senior lady, me, directions (as well as with cell phone map on his phone) to get to a long awaited specialist appointment for my mother. Was a rainy day, not familiar with the area, missed a turn, got majorly lost and pulled into the gas bar. Got to the appointment in the nick of time thanks to Justin!

On Thursday, I visited your car wash around 9:30 PM, only to find it closed despite there being no cars on the driveway. Assuming it was an anomaly, I returned on Good Friday at 9:10 PM, yet again encountering a closed establishment. When I inquired about the operating hours, the response I received was both unprofessional and discourteous.
The employee(White guy with long hair) I spoke with mentioned that the car wash has been closing around 9 PM for the past two years, contrary to what I had observed at other Co op car wash locations, which typically close at 10 PM. When I expressed my preference for the current location, I was met with rudeness and a lack of cooperation and unprofessional response from him. Furthermore, when I requested the employee's name for reference, I was met with further hostility and denial and He said he will ban me from the store.
As a customer who regularly drives approximately 20 minutes to reach your car wash, I expect a level of service that includes consistent operating hours and respectful communication from your staff. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have fallen short of these expectations.

I have to give a shout out to the young lady with the bright orange hair. she was locking up propane and getting ready to leave for the day when I rolled up with my propane tank and very kindly opened it back up, filled my tank and even had a friendly conversation with me without hesitation. The staff inside seemed to suggest that's just her usual character. Great staff and great service I hope to see them again.
