I arrived at Crackmasters at the started of the day because my new vehicle had just taken a massive rock chip. I was hoping they could help me with a quick repair at some point during the day. The receptionist wasn’t overly friendly and told me they are booking into the next week, saying there was no way she could fit me in earlier. She suggested I try calling another Crackmasters location and offered their number, but I felt like I was an annoyance to her so I decided to leave and search the location myself. I called the other location myself and was able to get in within an hour for the 15 minute repair.
While my experience with the first location was disappointing, I was grateful that I was able to get help quickly elsewhere.

Came in for a front windshield replacement and had talked about possibly getting the rear glass done as well since my trunk didn't open. When I came back later in the day my trunk latch was fixed and my front right headlight was polished so it wasn't as weathered. Kim and Warren did a fantastic job and couldn't have asked for better service.

This is a great place. My rearview mirror fell off this morning. They got me right in and he fixed it in a few minutes while I waited. I have had windshield chips fixed here and had my last windshield installed here and had a great experience every time. Highly recommend Crack Master St. Albert.

Friendly staff, excellent service, fair pricing. After being placed on hold for 11 minutes with a local competitor and receiving a steep quote I decided to give these guys a try and happy i did. highly recommend! 2015 f150 windshield replacement. Zero complaints.

We’ve unfortunately had to have several windshield rock chips repaired over the last few years. Always have great and speedy service. Reasonable fees.
Not to mention they are understanding that I often have to bring my small children with me into the waiting area and they are treated so well.

My side window got smashed by a rock from a semi on the highway. I take it in for replacement. Now I imagine putting a new side window requires taking off the interior panel. So imagine my surprise when I go and shut my door and hear all the broken shards of glass still in the door. And I can hear it scrap on the window as I roll it down. I guess replacing a side window doesn’t include a quick vacuum of the old glass. Very frustrating.
