Cashier was rude threw my items from one side of countertop to the other when passing them asked once to please stop throwing items and continued right up to the last item was rang through the till then was trying to get another person before I left the countertop
*** if you don’t like your job then get another one managers should be looking at getting more staff perhaps pay better and more people will stay around

Had to wait for cashier. Walked up very slowly no smile looked like I was a annoyance making her ring my stuff through. Not very welcoming. Probably not coming back.

I bought my daughter a Monotoy 200 piece puzzle glow in the dark puzzle from Dollarama as part of her birthday present. We put it together last night and found that there are 3 adjacent pieces missing right out of the box. We spent 45 minutes doing this puzzle so it was pretty disappointing in the end to find that we couldn’t finish it. The puzzle was $5, so not much less than you’d pay at say, Winners. If Dollarama wants to continue to creep their prices upwards, they need to allow returns and exchanges. I will be refraining from shopping at Dollarama in the future.

This location has some of the nicest and helpful staff. A great place to bring the kidlets to let them satisfy their sweet tooth on a wide variety of goodies and not break the bank.
